Spent a lot of time this month learning what it feels like to have a more supportive saddle, and also learning how important it is to stretch, as my muscles grow, I am learning how to better care for my body. It’s not easy at times, or I am just so eager to ride because of all the steps I gotta do before I ride. It’s like packing your bag for a full day excursion. Do I have enough water and snacks, do I want to carry my lock just in case I have to run into a store? I am learning how to create better systems for when I want to go out to ride, like having my sunscreen next to my hat, so I know to apply the sunscreen first, then put on the hat before I head out.
